Kaelyn Silva, MS, CSCS

Kaelyn has taught and coached in the Pasadena area for nearly thirty years. She has worked with athletes of all ages and all ability levels, from beginner to NCAA Division I athletes. Though well-versed in all areas of fitness and experienced in several sports, her professional focus is on age-appropriate neurological challenges for athletes.


Kaelyn received her undergraduate degree in kinesiology from UCLA. Furthering her interest in the field, she received a Masters degree - also in kinesiology - from A.T. Still University. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a longtime member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).  


When not training or coaching, Kaelyn can be found hiking with the dogs, on the soccer field or backpacking in the Sierra Nevadas.
